Our Shipping Policy

At Banbé, our team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:

- The item you have chosen is in stock;
- The delivery address has been verified;
- Payment has been approved and received

Please note orders may be subjected to security checks from time to time, please note should this occur your order will not be dispatched until these checks have been completed.

US Shipping Timeframes

All US orders are shipping from our dispatch warehouse located in Australia using Australia Post International Express

  • - Free express shipping for all orders over $100 USD
  • - For orders under $100 a flat rate of $20 USD applies
  • - Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after dispatch depending on location
    - Please note, once goods arrive in the United States, your order will be handed over to USPS to be tracked and delivered
 

Customs/Tax and Currency

All prices listed are United States Dollars (USD) and will be the amount you see charged. Occasionally, as per the market the prices may change according to the current currency conversion.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country were the order is delivered.
We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Please note; to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as "gift, even if the order is placed with that intention.
