Online Returns Policy

Here at Banbé, we strive to ensure you are satisfied & love your new Banbé items.
Should there be any reason something isn't right, we offer a full refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date for online purchases.
You may return any full priced items for a refund via the Returns Form.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging.
Should you have a faulty item, please email enquiries@banbeeyewear.com before sending your item back.
 
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges to purchases made via our US site and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your goods back for a refund and repurchase your desired item(s).
 

How do I book a return?

We've made it as easy as possible to process your return or exchange via our Return Portal.
Simply follow the steps below;
  1. 1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy: Item(s) were purchased from the Banbé online store – www.us-banbeeyewear.com. Item(s) are unworn, in original condition
  2. and packaging. Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) are full price (sale items cannot be returned).
  3. 2. Download the Returns Form.
  4. 3. Complete the reasons for your return/exchange.
  5. 4. Place the item(s) you're returning into a secure parcel along with your completed form and original invoice.
  6. 5. Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to the address listed on the form. (We recommend sending your parcel via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items).
  7. 6. Once your return/exchange has been received to our returns warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours. Please note returns may take up to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
