Here at Banbé, we strive to ensure you love your new Banbé sunglasses. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your online order, we offer a full refund or exchange on all full price item(s), and an exchange on all sale item(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided they meet the below conditions;
 
How to refund your online purchase
1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return policy:
- Item(s) were purchased from the Banbé online store – www.us-banbe.com
- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded)

2. Email support@banbeeyewear.com with your name, order ID, items to return, and reason for return.
3. Once authorized, the team will provide you with a returns address & returns form.
4. Place the item(s) you're returning into a safe and secure parcel along with you a completed returns form.
5. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely.
6. Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2-5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
7. Please note that it is upon the sender to pay for shipping to this location.

Should you have a faulty item, please email support@banbeeyewear.com with a picture of your item(s).
